Send flowers in New York with Hybrid Florist, your local Upper East Side florist. To order and arrange delivery, you can visit our store, call or e-mail us, or place your order directly on our website.
Online Order
To send flowers to someone in New York, you can place an order directly on our website. You will be able to add a personnalized note at checkout and choose the date you want the flowers to be delivered. We will hand-deliver the arrangement to the lucky recipient.
Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. We also send an email when the order is on the way and when it has been delivered.
We may need to contact you via phone call with the phone number you provided at checkout if we run into an issue with your delivery.
Local Delivery
We know that you can't always deliver your flowers in person. That is why we offer local convenient delivery of all of our products.
Delivery times
We deliver Monday to Sunday, including Holidays (except December 25th, January 1st and July 4th). Normal delivery times are 9 AM – 5 PM daily.
If you need a delivery outside our delivery window, please contact us or leave a note at checkout in the "Delivery instructions" dedicated field at checkout.
You can schedule the delivery date online, using the delivery date picker in your cart.
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. You may request a time frame in the special instruction field at checkout when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes and A.P.O. addresses.
Delivery areas
We deliver to all areas of Manhattan and some parts of Queens (Long Island City, Astoria, Sunnyside, Ditmars), Bronx (certain areas in South and West Bronx) & Brooklyn (Brooklyn Heights, Downtown Brooklyn, Dumbo, Cobble Hill, Columbia Waterfront, Navy Yard, Clinton Hill, Williamsburg, Greenpoint).
Our local delivery system is based on zip codes. For a complete list of our deliverable locations, please see below.
If your desired delivery location or zip code is outside of our delivery radius and not listed below, you may contact us to request and arrange a special service delivery. But please note that we are allowed to deny based on our schedules and workload capabilities on the desired delivery date.

Delivery fees
Delivery charges for your order will be displayed and added at checkout. Rates are based on delivery destination (zip codes).
Ordering during Holidays
We encourage you to order holiday arrangements in advance to avoid delays during the busy season and to ensure delivery before the holidays.
Please note that we cannot guarantee same day delivery on holidays.
Same Day Delivery
We offer same day flower delivery to most New York City areas including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens & Bronx.
- For Bronx, Queens and Brooklyn deliveries: orders must be placed by 3:00 PM EST to be eligible for same day delivery
- Manhattan orders must be placed by 5:00 PM EST to be eligible for same day delivery
Pick up in store
You can also choose to pick up your order at the store. Simply place your order on our website and select the "Pick up" option at checkout.
Orders are usually ready for pickup within 1 hour. Some orders may take longer depending on the arrangement you chose. Please allow extra time during busy periods such as Holidays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day; we cannot guarantee that orders would be ready within 1 hour.
You will receive an email to confirm your order is ready for pick up. You can also call us at (212) 289-5323 or (212) 289-5519 prior to your visit to make sure your arrangement is ready.
